Hi, I’m Michelle Jayne owner of Lift Fitness. I am just like you, have tried all the fad diets, been to slimming clubs and couldn’t tell you how many times I started again on a Monday. I have struggled with my weight all my life spending years trying diet after diet to then just to gain the weight again after I got fed up of following a restricted diet. I also thought to be lean you had to do loads of cardio and eat next to nothing which I soon found out that just made me skinny, not the look I was going for.\u00a0I decided to educate myself on training and nutrition and it changed my life. I now have learned how to change my body through weight training and have a flexible lifestyle including all the foods I enjoy, whilst still able to eat out with friends on occasions.\u00a0I am a huge advocate of flexible dieting and passionate about helping others become happier, healthier versions of themselves without sacrificing their social life.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t
