Hmmm… Which one would be the best for you?<\/strong>First option:<\/strong> Online coaching in a group based setting giving you all the support you need from me as your Coach and a team of like minded people; Being with Michelle has completely changed my view on eating and exercise. I thought a diet was all about eating next to nothing and wouldn’t have touched a heavy weight.<\/p>\n I’m now eating more food but 2 stone lighter and lifting heavy weights. I can still eat chocolate and have a flexible plan using Michelle’s tasty recipe. I now love exercising and looking forward to it every day instead of dreading it.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t “Michelle’s support and knowledge has allowed me to reclaim my body, I am 35 pounds lighter but more importantly stronger, fitter and healthier post-children.
